HELP!

Hi, I have downloaded my sims 4 on my usb but recently, it broke. I downloaded it from steam. Since, I can't play with my usb anymore, I got a new one but, its taking a very long time and I am findi...

    @aelisme0  If there's nothing on the flash drive you want to keep, other than Sims 4, please format it, restart your computer, and try again.  Use the NTFS format, not FAT32.  Create a folder on the drive into which you'll install Sims 4, for example D:\Games.

bruh you're literally a hero 🙌. the game is downloading now (finally!!!!!) but its very slow but its my wifi. thank you so so much do u have paypal by any chance?

    @aelisme0  I'm glad to hear it.  I do have PayPal, but if you're offering to send me anything, please don't worry about it.  I do this for fun and because I want to get other players back into their games.
