okay, so when I open the game on the regular screen it is dark and there is a line diagonally through it. When it gets to the home screen it is light gray and when I open the settings its all blurry and when I hover over something the box stays on the screen. I repaired the game, uninstalled it, and reinstalled it. I cleared out my mods folder. Nothing is working im on pc
@gd834rbegf60 Please update your laptop's graphics driver, which is from 2018 and almost certainly not compatible with Sims 4 anymore. You can get the newest driver from AMD here:
Run the installer as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator." Restart your computer after installing and before trying to play.
