Hi, I've buy Sims 4 Horse Ranch on Instant Gaming and redeems my code yesterday. I've waited until after the release to download it and in the ea app, its only offering me to buy it, like i did'nt entered my code yesterday . I've try to re enter my activation code and it's saying that this code as already been use. How can i download my game please?

I noticed the ‘Rockin rancher’ bonus items aren’t showing up for me in ‘manage game’ and saw that it doesn’t show them for you either in the images you posted. Did you get two different codes one for the pack and one for the bonus content? For me I did and they both were accepted but for me the bonus items don’t show, only the horse ranch pack itself. I’ve been worrying about this since yesterday 😆

I don't have the bonus stuff either. I just downloaded the pack but no bonus objects in game.

Hello!
I preordered the Horse Ranch expansion pack from instant gaming a few weeks ago, I've used this plataform plenty of time with no issue whatsoever, and only part of my content is showing in the EA app so I am willing to think it's not Instant Gaming's issue, even though I have also written to their tech support.
Once i validated the key for the expansion pack, the EA app detected it, it showed up on the screen as to confirm it was this one that I had purchased, but then it doesn't show as owned in the app itself. I go to manage Add-Ons and the bonus content from the preorder is showing! Just not the expansion. It just appears as if I never bought it.
I wonder if this is a common issue people have or what am I supposed to do.
In the screenshots, you can see how the expansion pack doesn't show "in library" and in the add-ons manager, the bonus content is showing up, but not the pack!

Well how funny I did contact them and they told me it was EA's issue not theirs because there isn't any issue with the code itself. I've heard before of bonus content missing from keys if you buy from third party retailers, but never the other way around in which you get the bonus content (unusable as i'm not even able to download that into my game) and no expansion!

I have the same issue I bought it off G2A I enetered the code before release and now it says I dont own it? So I re-entered the code and it says the code has been used? Anyone know how to fix it?

@iiyell Hey 🙂 Maybe you have the same problem as me hihi.. I contacted them and they told me to contact EA as well but i've insisted and they asked me if i did redeem the TWO code hahah I realise i juste redeem the bonus pre order code that's on the bottom of the picture they sens ud. The expension pack code is on the top. I hope it helps you! 🙂
