So here's the problem: if I open the EA app right now at this very second, I can see that I do own Horse Ranch and its DLC in my "Manage add-ons" pop-up folder. But when I run the game and check out the packs I own in the main menu, the game claims that I don't own Horse Ranch or its DLC in my Packs and DLCs list.
Not sure if it's because everyone is logging into the game and downloading the packs, or because EA's infrastructure is just terrible in general, but I'm REALLY disappointed that the pack isn't actually in my game for whatever reason.
Even worse: I made comments about this problem on YouTube and Reddit and other players were responding to my comments to say that they were dealing with the exact same issues as me. And I don't know if I can even reach out to EA directly about this because it seems like their servers are really struggling to handle all of this traffic.
Has anyone else ever experienced this? If so, what did you do to fix it? And if you haven't, who should I contact about this problem?
