Household button not showing

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Well when I go to the main menu of sims4 The household buttons have disappeared. The load game and load household buttons are just gone, there's only the play button and Gallery and options button. I think I might of had deleted them accidentally in my folders. Is there a way I can fix this?
What happens when the bug occurs? Well when I open my sims 4 game to play it the household option and load game is literally gone. I don't know how to get it back I've tried deleting the sims and re downloading it but it doesn't fix it...
What do you expect to see? I normally see the household option and load game option right in front of me but its not there. I'm started to get really annoyed about this, Do I have to delete origin or something and reinstall it? I want my game fixed, If it never does i'm gonna literally cry we got the sims 4 on sale for 12.49 I think it was. But I don't want my mother to have to pay 50 dollars, for this game I really want badly.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Please describe the patch or change you made. Well in my folders It had all errors as like some custom mods. So I removed the marked as error mods, Then it said there was errors in cache, onlinethumbnailcache, etc. So I deleted them not knowing what they meant, and then when I opened my sims 4, the "Load game" and "Load household" buttons weren't there. So I tried uninstalling the sims overnight while I went to bed hoping it would be fixed in the morning. Then I opened the sims praying for it to be fixed, and IT WASN'T! Do I have to delete origin or will that mean I have to pay for the sims again please help!
Could someone please help me? I'm really stressed, I have spent hours creating these characters and now they're all gone.
So last night I had to delete some things on file explorer, I had to delete a lot of custom content due to a little box to it saying error, I went to the documents, pressed electronic arts, pressed sims 4, and then it had errors again next to some of the folders. So I deleted those not knowing what they were due to only couple days before I installed the game and me only being 12. I asked my mum to help me but she said a lot of the folders with the errors meant nothing so I believed her so I deleted the error ones because it kept saying my one drive was full. So then after deleting things on file explorer, I head to go play sims 4 so when I open it, I wait for it to load. Then..My household button and load game is literally gone only the play, gallery and options button is there. I was really confused, So I started thinking "maybe I deleted them in the files because they had a error?" and I still think that but anyway so I deleted the sims 4 on origin, thinking maybe it would redo the files and fix it. Well I left it downloading overnight while I went to bed. So when I woke up in the morning it would maybe be fixed. So when I opened the sims 4 again, those buttons weren't there still. I'm really frustrated, Is there anyway I could fix this problem? Maybe by deleting origin, or does that lead to being to have to buy it again? We got the sims 4 on sale I think only for $12.49? If my mum has to buy it again it will cost 50 dollars, But I don't wanna do that due to my mum already paying for it. Someone please help me! I don't think my brother will, he doesn't help me much anyway even tho he used to play the sims 4. So someone please help I would really appreciate you helping me which is a dumb 12 year old who doesn't know what to do.
