Households syncing time/day when they shouldn't

This is rather hard to explain but I am trying to be as a clear as possible. Every time I save one household and go back to playing another household, the time of day and the day of the week where...

    I'm not sure I'm understanding your issue completely but pregnancies always advance if you don't play them. Aging doesn't affect that.

    They also go about their daily life if you play another household. They don't get married or pregnant on their own but they will move to a different place (not as in move to a different lot about roam about)(

    The missing work when you switch back to them is indeed a bug though which has a thread here: http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-4-Bug-Reports/Late-to-Work-Issue/td-p/4472802/

Thank you! It looks like I wasn't fully understanding how pregnancies work in rotational play. Glad I am not the only one having problems with the late-to-work issue. Appreciate your reply! :-)
