How can I make a new world?

I truly want to make a new world.  A la la land, candyland full of so much color, light, love a different type of world.  Nothing like what we live in today.  Think Charlie Chocolate Factory.

How can I do this?  I can't even do it on SIMS and it makes me sad!  I really want to make this type of world and have something like a SIMS live in it, because it takes me away from what's happening on our planet... our very grey and dark planet full of so much sadness and stress.

At the moment I LOVE playing SIMS, but there is still so much of the "real world" in it and it's annoying!  I am trying to make a CandyLand type of house there and it's sickening that it has so much human like features.  I can't truly make it a vacation spot even.  LIke Disney World in our real world takes kids to another place although still here.  I want to create this away land that is TRULY LIKE AWAY and has a person dreaming and feeling wonderful and in GREAT SPIRITS!  I want to make a community there and escape from THIS REAL WORLD and GO THERE EVERY EVENING before bed.  It will give me a wonderful nights rest.

HELP!  HELP! Is there any game like this.  Where I can get my art work going and CREATE!
