How do completely uninstall the sims 4 from origin?

I want to get rid of this unsatisfying game and hand it in to my nearest games store for a discount on another game. I went to control panel and uninstalled the game though there but it's still in th...

EA does not support the re-selling of used games. You can't remove it from your account.

You can contact a game advisor to see if they are willing to give you a refund on the game as you are dissatisfied but I wouldn't get my hopes up tbh.

Lol so i spent nearly 90 bucks on a game I can't even get refunded? or get some eb games credits to get a discount on a better game. Lovin' the customer service EA. Happy simming :3

    There's the great game guarantee if you bought it through Origin but by the sound of it, you have the disc version.

    Contacting support is the only suggestion I have to find out if they are willing to refund anyways.
