How do I contact EA's actual technical support?

I've posted on here before and my issue is still un resolved. Now I have a new one. My game crashed today and when I tried to restart it it said that "My load game had a higher update than my game did" now I can't play it. I have un-installed and re-installed several times and the problem still persists because I can't get all of the files off the pc. I have even used CC Cleaner to zap it. If you can fix the problem, tell me how to un-install everything or how to contact EA's customer support then I would appreciate it.

I tried the link you have recommended and i got an electronic run around. Absolutely frustrating! I am trying to get in touch with Ea.com so that they can unfreeze my game at their end. I can get The Simpson's - Tapped Out to load on my Samsung Galaxy S3 Tablet only when logged out from the ea.com account. Unfortunately it loads the game at the beginning. While logged in to ea.com it crashes ("Unfortunately as stopped working"). How can i fix this problem?
