How do I contact EA's actual technical support?
I've posted on here before and my issue is still un resolved. Now I have a new one. My game crashed today and when I tried to restart it it said that "My load game had a higher update than my game did" now I can't play it. I have un-installed and re-installed several times and the problem still persists because I can't get all of the files off the pc. I have even used CC Cleaner to zap it. If you can fix the problem, tell me how to un-install everything or how to contact EA's customer support then I would appreciate it.
