    Yes it works on Windows 10.
    Try redeeming the code through Origin (Origin in the menu).

I have Windows 10 bought The Sims 4. I cannot get it to install. In fact although you can here the disc being accessed, nothing displays. An assistance would be greatly appreciate.

Did you ever get a satisfactory answer to your question? I am on Windows 10. The autorun doesn't. There is autorun.inf on the disk which is meant to launch autorun but doesn't. The icon file is just that an icon file. There is a zipped folder which can't be unzipped.
