How do i recieve more downloads?
I have uploaded roughly 150 lots in the gallery and have almost 1500 downloads. When I look at other creations many have that on ONE uploaded creation. How do I get that? Do I need more followers? I ...

Depends who you're looking at. There are some YouTubers/bloggers building a lot of awesome creations that get a lot of downloads.
Other people get downloads just by being active in the community on the gallery, on Twitter and on the official Sims forum.
What I see with your build is that you don't use any of the popular hashtags. Getting noticed is hard on this gallery. The way it has been set up is making it hard to be seen. Especially with so many other builders. I suggest looking at those more popular builds. But in the end, numbers say nothing!
