how do you restore a game that was overide by accident
I was playing the sims which I created a new family, however while I was playing I noticed that all my saved games where not in the neighbourhood but they were saved. I accidently override the new saved game but I want my saved games(the game before i created a new family) back which I can see in my saved files. I am not seeing it in the games. I have already renamed the saved games i want but it just is not coming in the game.

@Lickle_Jay Okay, try renaming them. Save files should be in format Slot_0000000x.save, where x is a hexidecimal number (0 to 9, a to f, then it rolls over to 10). I can't see how many saves you have in your screenshot, but the last one listed is Slot_0000000c.save. So if there isn't one labeled with a d, rename one of those saves Slot_0000000d.save.
If you're not sure what you're looking at, take all the saves out of your saves folder except for the three you're trying to recover. Then rename one of them Slot_00000002.save, and see whether it will load.
