I think you have a total of 48 hours so depending on how much you played during those 4 days, yes, that's all you get in the trial.

If you want to play some more before committing to buy you can check out Origin Access. That costs $3 a month and you can play as much as you want during that month. 

No mine lasted 5 months.

If you didn't play much in 5 month, that's possible. 48 hours should be the total of game time you get (unless that was changed)
