How much resources does game use when minimized?

Assuming I use full screen and I press the windows key to minimize the game, how much resources does the game use while minimized? Particularly is the graphics card processing the game and is the RAM...

No the graphics card will not be affected when it is minimized. A small amount of RAM is used and very little CPU. When you restore the game you will notice that it takes a little while before you can play.
