How to change the location of mods folder.

I ended up messing up alot of my laptop and accidentally removed the documents folder entirely and is not replaced with the D drive Just (D:\). I did this because i was trying to move everything to my D drive and i ended up messing up. My sims file is now on the C drive again and my Mods path is C:\Users\65915\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods but the "Documents" folder is a new folder i just made and put where the original one was. My sims 4 game still cant see the mods. im not an expert with computers, i was wondering is anyone knows how i can change the directory of where the mods files are picked up in?
