How to connect Twitter to The Sims 4?

Do you know how to connect Twitter to The Sims 4? It says 'Twitter service is unavailable' I want to tweet my screenshots. I'd really appreciate it 💚

I'm not sure, but you can always just open take the screenshots from Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 and tweet those.
