How to disable "game tips/tutorial for Sims 3 - Oigin User

Hi EA,

I am experiencing over an hour wait time at the Game Tips screen every time I log into my Sims 3 game.

I've tried both suggestions that were offered for the Sims 4 issue: using the --no_tutorial options under the game properties and I even checking the Options document in my C drive. Everything indicates a zero.

This over an hour long waiting just to play the game is totally annoying and a waste of Origin Users' time. I cook a four course meal by the time I can actually play the game. SMH

I'm not sure how many of us are experiencing this issue but it needs to be addressed.
