@Andipoodle Is your computer a pc or mac? Do you have Zoom installed?
PC Windows 7. I don't know what Zoom is.
Don't think there's a way to disable video recording and you also can't change the short-cut assignments.
At what occasions do you usually hit that wrong button ?
I would say, if it happens, go to the folder documents\electronicarts\thesims4\Recorded Videos and delete the video right away.
