How to download already bought DLC?

I was able to get a free month's worth of Basic origin access and decided to install the Digital Deluxe version. Once my membership ended, I stupidly decided to unistall that version.

Now when I hover over the icons of the DLC which I own, it says I own it, but I need to download them to use them How do I download them?? 

(p.s I have it on my pc, and it's 64 bit.)
