The water slide is a bit glitchy, it's a known bug: http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-4-Bug-Reports/OPEN-Animation-Error-with-Slide/td-p/5451485

On the hair, do you have any mods or CC (custom content)? Try taking that out.
If not feel free to post in the bug forum, try adding some pictures.
