how to report a problem

My uploads to the Gallery get over 100 downloads and then disapear from the main Gallery pages - still on my own page but flagged no longer uploaded to Gallery. This has been happening for the last month - since the maintenance work was finished. Game is upto date and I don't use custom content or mods. Game itself working fine and uploading is no issue - just after creations start to get some popularity they are flagged as not shared anymore.
