I downloaded a pack for sims 4 and it says I own it but its not downloaded, how do I see the download status cause I downloaded it but I can’t see the download status. I was wondering if there was a way to see it from the Sims4 game page and not origin, I tried shift +F1 but it didn’t work.
If you're online, pack purchases usually automatically download.
Can you show where it says it's not downloaded? Is the pack content showing in game?
Are you running a legacy edition of Sims 4? Which pack is it that you bought?
Hi! The pack content doesn’t wanna show up, I try to use it and it says that the pack is not installed, I bought Eco Lifestyle. Also what do you mean Legacy Edition?
I'm also having this issue - I just purchased University for sims 4 and the EA Beta doesn't appear to be downloading it?
purchased over an hour ago, online with the app open the entire time. tried restarting sims launcher, ea, my computer.

The beta of EA Desktop doesn't work very well with the Sims 4. Change to Origin and use that to download.
The message from the gallery says the household you are trying to place uses content that you do not own (or are not installed). That do not necessarily mean Eco Lifestyle. It could be any other pack you do not own. Since this is a household it is likely some CC that you do not have. The description of the household should tell you what is used. Unfortunately many do not list the CC they have used. You can try editing the household in CAS and see what is missing and replace with standard items that you have,
The Legacy edition is meant for weaker computers. It can not use content released after November 2019 it can also not connect to the online Gallery. Since you can you do not have it.
Yeah but that was an example. I tried to use items from the pack and it still didn’t work. Is there another way of seeing the download status? shift +F1 does not work, and I have a Macbook air.
Sorry for not using an example relevant, its just I have almost all of the packs and I recently got this one. And yes it says “you already own this pack”
