How to tutor other sims in Sims 4?

Help please. I have reached level 10 in violin, and my remaining goal is to tutor other sims for 15 hours. How the h*** do I tutor others? I have tried talking to them, but there is no option to tutor?

Confused atm ☹️

    Ok, so 30 mins of waiting for a reply, then talking to the slowest typer ever, I am told...

    1. Delete browser cache

    2. Delete temp files

    3. Disable anti virus

    4. Disable anything not microsoft

    5. Reboot PC.

    So, to play the sims4, I have to disable anti virus, intel drivers, nvidia drivers etc etc.

    F*** you EA, you are as dead to me as Blizzard!

    Make a friend and go to the Gym to tutor that Sim.

    If you have Sims University you can to go to university at any time and tutor someone in any field you’ve maxed your skills in. You just select a building you have classes in and select Tutor option. Tutoring is not the same as mentoring or training. I just did it for the first time and I achieved (1/5) for Tutor Students in Academic Aspirations. ~ PS4, 2020 No Cheat
