hygiene decay despite forever fresh
My sims are having hygiene decay even tho they have forever fresh. They are also going to get water to drink every single spare second that I haven't given them a direct command.

Forever Fresh does not entirely eliminate Hygiene decay. Several things cause it. Working out (Gym Rat helps with that) Slipping in puddles Dumpster diving and so on.
