I bought a few expansion pack codes

So I bought a few expansion pack codes through Walmart, and 2 out of 3 worked... When I went to download Cottage Living through the EA app it wants me to pay for it even AFTER redeeming the code. O...

    Hi @StarKelseeDrizzy & @Calaypp 

    Did you see any specific error message when trying to redeem your codes? Please clear the cache for the EA app, then in your game library, click The Sims 4 and go to Manage-> Manage Add-Ons and let me know if Cottage Living & Island Living are showing there available to be installed.
