@StormzyBby19 Please clear the EA App's cache:
https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
and repair the game (Sims 4 > Manage > Repair).
If that doesn't help, let me know whether your computer runs Windows or macOS and whether the EA App still thinks these packs are installed.

Nope, that hasn't worked. I still can't see the kits or the items in them. I use windows 11, It says the packs are installed but the kits don't show up in my game.

@StormzyBby19 Please run a search for each of your missing kits. These are their folder names:
SP58: Comfy Gamer
SP59: Secret Sanctuary
SP60: Casanova Cave
So if you're looking for Secret Sanctuary, search for SP59 . Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter SP59 in the search field in the upper-right corner. Wait for the search to finish, then make sure the full file path is showing under each result. If it's not, expand the window sideways as necessary. Take a screenshot using Windows key-shift-S and attach it to a reply here.
Do the same for the other kit. Finally, do this for a pack that IS loading, for example EP01 is Get to Work, and EP05 is Seasons.

I have attached the screenshots down below, they are in the correct installation paths I think. The only thing I can see that is different with the SP's is that there is no Delta on the end of the folder unlike the EP that I tried which does have that.
