I bought sims4 expansion pack for the wrong platform

I need help, I bought two sims 4 expansion packs on origin and forgot that they're for PC. I play sims 4 on my xbox does anyone know how I can download the expansion pack onto my xbox or how I can possibly get a refund?

@valram602&nbsp; Normally, Sims 4 packs are not eligible for refunds, and packs can't transfer between platforms either.&nbsp; But you can try contacting EA customer support and asking for help.
