I can't access the community
I can't get online during the game to access the gallery.
I have no problems with the Internet. I can get online in Origin.
But in The Sims always appears the message "Could not Connect" .
What can it be?

If you choose other from the games options menu (three dots), do you have online access ticked there ?
- Click on the three dots in the upper right corner (in the game)
- Click on the tab 'Other'
- There should be an option called Online access. Do you have that ticked ?
Then check if your security software is blocking ts4.exe, origin.exe, thesims.com or origin.com and add to your exceptions.
