I solved this problem by stopping the Origin Web Helper Service, only then was I able to delete the files.
Yes this works!!!
All you have to do is go to your folder and click on Origin Web Helper Service and press delete on your keyboard or right click and delete, then you go back and delete the Origin folder and empty Recycle Bin.
