i can't download buildings from gallery

Product: The Sims 4 Platform:PC Which language are you playing the game in? English How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) What is your current game version number? version 1.51.77.1020 ...

moving your post to tech for troubleshooting.

Do you get a spinning circle or not even that ? Is it just not placed and you can play on ?

Can you try if you get the same issue if you place it from build menu ?

    i would still need to go through gallery then my library and the same thing happens

      Do you get a forever spinning circle or can you play normally after the lot is not placed ?
