I use AVG security software (I hope this is what you mean)
@PlanetofMarty It's possible that the ransomware protection they have is blocking your folder then.

I cannot believe the entire sims 4 was being blocked!
I'm having trouble with paths, how/where can I add Sims four on the Allowed list?
I did/am. I wanted help finding the path to whichever files and folders I need to place in the "allow" category for my game to run smoothly.
