I cant find my sims 4 mods in D: file

Does anyone know how to map my Sims mods from the C: drive to D: drive? I recently moved my whole sims and ea folder from C: to D: and i found my packs and everything there but my mods werent there ...

    @younah88  There are two "The Sims 4" folders, one that contains the game's program files and one that contains your user data (saves, mods, etc.).  You can install the game anywhere, but the user folder is always in Documents > Electronic Arts by default.  To move that, you'll need a symbolic link.  Here's how to create one:

    Note:  It's important that the program files and the user folder are NOT in the same location.  So for example if you've installed the game to D:\The Sims 4, create a new folder on D and move the user folder inside of that.

    If you need help with the symlink, please post a screenshot of the Command Prompt window showing the command you ran and the result.
