I can't log into the gallery app on my phone

Question

I can log into Orgin or my EA.com but not the gallery app. I've cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled, &nbsp;I have NO special characters in my password, &nbsp;I've reset the password, &nbsp;and even waited a few days and tried again. I've logged in fine in the past on this same phone for years. I have a samsung galaxy s7.

Could you try a different browser. Like Opera or Firefox, both you can download on an Android phone.
I've had this issue on my computer, only Chrome would log in to the gallery, all other browsers would only log in to EA and not the gallery.

@leena3  The gallery app has been shut down a while ago.Are you using the actual app or through a browser ?

@AriaMad2  On your phone or on PC ? Did you try clearing browser cache or a different browser ?
