i can't redeem my code for an extension pack from amazon

I spent $160 on 5 extension packs and only could redeem 2 out the 5. I don't know if I should contacted amazon or EA. It won't let me redeem the other 3. I've been trying for 2 hours straight. If any...

@yhqh0jsljp41  Contact Amazon, since it's an authorized seller of EA games and is therefore obligated to provide working codes.  Take screenshots showing the codes not working and that the packs aren't in your game library (that you still need to purchase them should be good enough).
