@Bealapa Please try saving the lot in a clean user folder. Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop; if you get an error when trying, or the folder just copies instead of moving, stop here and let me know.
Otherwise, launch the game, which will create a new folder with no content. Quit, go into the saves folder inside the Sims 4 folder you moved, right-click on your most recent save (you can sort the folder's contents by date), and select Copy. Then go into the new Sims 4 folder in Documents > Electronic Arts, open saves, right-click in the empty space, and select Paste.
Now your existing save will be available to load in the new folder, although the rest of your existing content will not be. That can be addressed later; for now, just try to save the lot you're having trouble with and see if it works. If you still can't save that lot, try a different one. If that lot doesn't work either, start a new save, change one detail on some EA default lot, and try to save that.

What do you mean by that? I need to delete my families?
My library it's not working well... I can't even save families in it... They just save when I click on play and then it goes there but it's not loading well... Just like the families in the neighborhood...
I'm not sure what to do because I love playing and don't know what is happening

@Bealapa You don't need to delete anything. This is about testing without any of your content and seeing what happens, then going from there. The files you move will be intact, and you can put them back later, but the first step is to find a way to allow you to save lots again. Once we do that, we can rebuild your user folder from there.
