I CAN'T UPDATE!
So basically I'm trying to update my Sims 4 game but every time I try it says "We've encountered a problem. Please click Yes in the User Account Control propmt to continue". I don't understand what this means. And what's the "User Account Control prompt"? Somebody, PLEASE help!
You should get a prompt from Windows.
Try starting Orgin as administrator (right click on the Origin icon and choose run as administrator) and see if that helps.
Do you have a admin or local account on your computer ?
