I have installed the ranch pack. It came out of my bank account and it says that I own it but when I go onto the game, the pack isnt there. Although still listed as oe of my packs. Although in red writing it says "Requires the sims 4 (sold separately) and all game updates".
Please someone help ☹️(

I'm not sure if this is the solution to your situation, BUT it sounds very familiar to what I had to deal with recently. Try this:
1. Open task manager and end the EA App tasks running, typically there's 2 of them (VERY important to end task for BOTH of them, not just one).
2. Right click your Sims 4 desktop shortcut .exe and select, "run as admin"
3. EA App will open up and may/may not ask you to sign in again.
4. See if that'll then display it for you then
Again I'm not sure if this will exactly work for you, but it's worth a try if you could see. Good luck!

@Horse_Rider128 Does the pack show as installed in the EA App? Open your game library, click Sims 4, then Manage > Manage add-ons, and find Horse Ranch on the list. If you see a Download button, click it and see what happens. Otherwise, let me know what you see there.
Yup says it’s installed. Sometimes the download button is there, sometimes it just says play When the ‘download’ button is there, I click it, it says it’s downloading but nothing changes. It still doesn’t show up. Even clicking the play button. It just takes me to the main menu and it’s still not there.

@Horse_Rider128 Please run a search for EP14 , which is the folder for Horse Ranch. Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter EP14 in the search field in the upper-right corner. Wait for the search to finish, then make sure the full file path is showing under each result. If it's not, expand the window sideways as necessary. Take a screenshot using Windows key-shift-S and attach it to a reply here.
