I don't have a gallery! - The Sims 4.

So, I'm really annoyed. You know on Create a Sim and things alike? Well, I don't have the option to see the gallery like everyone else. I can't download anything from other people, which I really wan...

    Do you maybe have an underage Origni account ? If so, then you can't use the gallery.

Please confirm you followed all the steps by @172e3cda00349872 and still cannot get to the gallery.
In that case you will need to contact a game advisor.
