i downloaded the sims 4 and it disappeared
I downloaded the sims 4 a few times now i first downloaded when the basegame was free and i loved it and bought some stuff pack however the sims would stay installed only for a few day sometimes not even that i downloaded the sims again yesterday evening and today morning it gone when open the ea app i clicked on the play button and it says some data are missing please tell my how to fix this problem i tried to uninstall the ea app but did not help
@beansontoe Try repairing the game: open the EA App, then My Collection, hover over the Sims 4 icon, click the three dots, and select Repair.
Please also let me know what antivirus you use.
