Did you try if you can start the game ? Maybe the game downloaded for you instead of installing from disc in which case you won't need the dis 2

The first step to download the game through Origin would be installing Origin itself in case you don't have it already installed in your computer. You can download the Origin installer from here: https://www.origin.com/store/download
Once installed, you would need to redeem your code in Origin for the game to appear in your Game Library: https://help.ea.com/en-sg/help/origin/origin/redeem-your-serial-code-in-origin/
Keep in mind each code can only be redeemed once, so make sure you are using the right EA account.

I've noticed that if you buy the game directly through Origin, you don't even need a code 🙂
EA StaffExactly @Hadron1776, the game is directly added to the account with which you buy the game, so you don't need to redeem your code, you can just open Origin and start the download 😉
