@Bookwormbest Please try switching to DirectX 11 mode. Here's how:

If that doesn't help, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

Thanks for trying but the first option didn't work. I have attached my dxdiag
@Bookwormbest Your dxdiag is full of crashes of the graphics driver, so it would be best to uninstall the current driver and install a fresh copy. I don't think Display Driver Uninstaller supports Qualcomm drivers yet, so your best option here is to remove the driver yourself. Hit Windows key-X, select the Device Manager, open the Display adapters section, right-click the Qualcomm Adreno device, select Driver, and Uninstall, then restart your computer. Windows should reinstall the driver for you, but if not, here's how to "update" your drivers (graphics and otherwise) yourself:
Restart again after installing the new driver and before trying to play. Please test the game in both DX9 and DX11 modes and in both fullscreen and windowed modes. If you see the same issues in any mode, please look for new errors in the Reliability Monitor. Hit Windows key-R and enter "perfmon /rel" without quotes, and you'll see a chart of errors and updates with a column for each day. Today is on the right.
Look for an error that happened at exactly the time you were playing Sims 4, specifically after reinstalling the driver. If you find one, double-click it to see more details, then copy that info and paste it into a reply here. If you see several that look exactly the same, just let me know; I don't need to see all of them. If you don't see a new error, check back in an hour or so—the Reliability Monitor doesn't always update right away.
Hi, the link for reinstalling the driver doesn't make sense to me could you explain it or how to find an easier description? Thanks
@Bookwormbest What part of the "How to get updates" section is giving you trouble? Please let me know. It seems straightforward to me, but then I already have a good idea of how this kind of thing works, so I'm not the best judge of what it would look like to someone who's never had to manually install updates.
