Thank you for sharing your dxdiag file. I'm not seeing anything in it that is indicating a problem.
Let me see if I understand the issue, you can't find the path to the Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 folder on your computer?
I think I may have asked this before, but want to make sure. Have you tried searching your computer?
-- To search your computer, click the Start button and search for Sims 4. Follow the link(s) that it gives you. By default the user folder (saves, mods, etc) should be in: C:\Users\Username\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4
What path is it giving you?
I've asked my good friend that is amazing with computers and we located the Sims 4 EA folder but the mods folder he had to add. It was never there in the first place...?

I have Win 7 also and you must know that you should have two TS4 folders in your computer. One is in the Program Files(x86) folder and this must not be touched. The second folder should be in Documents.Open the Start menu choose Documents then Electronic Arts and inside this should be a TS4 folder - inside this there MUST BE mods folder. If there in Documents isn't TS4 folder, then I have a question - are you using OneDrive?
- 7 years agoI don't believe I'm using One Drive, I always just go from libraries to the folder ETC. Would that make a difference?
The last time I found the Electronic Arts folder Sims 4 wasn't in there, Spore(?) was. I then went on TeamViewer 10 with the friend that I asked to help and he found it somewhere else.
My computer is a mess. - 7 years ago
When you navigate to this path: C:\Users\Username\Documents\Electronic Arts What user folders do you see?
For example, I see Sims 3 and Sims 4 as shown in the photo below:
If you don't see Sims 4, you may need to log into Origin > Games Library and double-click on Sims 4 to launch it before it will create a user folder inside the Electronic Arts folder.

@172e3cda00349872Hey! 🙂 (sorry for the late reply) I finally found out how to download CC for the Sims 4 but whenever I download it, it says "Adobe Reader could not open --- package' because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged" And I know Adobe Reader isn't meant to open those files types but I had to get rid of WinRAR because it was acting up. Do you know any other reliable programs I can use for my CC

You're not supposed to open the package files. There's nothing in there that you can do anything with. (They're not like a .zip or .rar file.) Just put the files in your Mods folder and the game will recognize and use them the next time you play.
- 6 years ago@sallinger79 Yes I know I'm not supposed to open the files but it won't even let me download them because of Adobe Reader- I'm asking if there is some sort of .zip or .rar program that I can use to download my CC

Using mods or custom is the player's personal choice.
EA/Maxis does not support their use.
