i need help!

so i have tried contacting EA personally about this issue and cant.

so in summary my old sims account is tied to my childhood email which has only just now (after 7 years) been shut down so i cant log on to the email or connect the account with my new one.

i have proof of purchase of my expansion packs which i want moved to my current email but I'm stumped. i have tried contacting my old school so i could access the email quickly and transfer the email the account is under to my current one and they wont allow me.

i am stumped and annoyed because i have have spent a lot of money on my packs for sims 4 and at the very least would like them transferred to my current email or have them refunded but every time i try and contact EA i get sent to communities rather than actual admin help!
