I tried to install Sims 4 but it says that I am too young.
I found on several different websites that the age limit for The Sims 4 is 13+. However, when I try to install the game, it says that I don't meet the age requirements. I've tried logging out of my account, waiting a few hours, and just trying over and over, but nothing is working. Has anyone else had this problem, can it be fixed, or is the age requirement just older than I thought it was?
@carneynumber3 The age limit depends on your location, since different countries can have wildly different laws and standards. Additionally, in many places, child accounts can run Sims 4 but simply don't have access to online features.
If you're not sure what the issue is with your particular account, you can contact EA customer support and ask. A support rep should be able to tell you the rules that are being applied to your account.
