Infinite Age Up Glitch

I was starting the 100 Baby Challenge in a mod-less game with all expansion and game packs. I had and infant and a newborn who coincidentally aged up naturally (without birthday cake or interacting with bassinet) at the same time. I believe this caused a glitch in the older child, because the infant continued to immediately age up as soon as the age up popup closed. She went from Infant to Toddler to Child to Teen to Young Adult without my having time to do anything aside from selecting traits in the age up popup windows as they came up. I only got the aging up to stop because a popup about high school graduation delayed the next age up task just long enough for me to cancel the age up task on the now adult infant. I'm guessing if I hadn't been able to cancel the task, she would have continued aging to elder and possibly even death all in less than a minute. I'm upset because this ruined a 100-baby challenge that was otherwise off to a great start by causing my firstborn Sim to skip all the life stages between infant and adult. 

I don't know whether this is a reproducible bug or just a fluke accident. I saw no one else with this bug request. My uneducated guess would be having both children auto-age at exactly the same time is what caused the glitch, and when is that likely to ever happen again naturally? Still, I wanted to play with that first born child Sim, but now I have to move her out because she's an adult. 😞

What's really strange and buggy is that this adult still has moodlets from when she was an infant (see screenshot). She'd woken up hungry and aged up before my matriarch could feed her so she got the Unhappy Infant trait even though I'd otherwise kept her needs up just fine. Upon this age up glitch, she acquired every sad moodlet an infant can get...but she's an adult. Talk about a rough start to adulting!
