@simsfreak2182 - Your computer should be able to handle low-medium settings, so if you're playing on anything higher than medium, then that's probably why you are experiencing problems. If you would like to play at high settings, you would need to upgrade your graphics card. Are you receiving any error messages at all associated with your issues in TS4?
@XELE87 - Your graphics card should allow you to play at low-medium settings. Can You Run It is a bit of an inaccurate website, and their suggestion of upgrading your graphics card is based on the recommended requirements which are needed to play the game at high settings.

Most of the Sims 4 default settings were already in medium but luckily the quality isn't **bleep** when I switch to low. But more importantly for now I hope the game stops crashing or at least not frequently.
