@ManicGlitter Since the game is not out, you might need to wait till it is. Not sure though
@Kassipou Make sure your Antivirus/Firewall are not blocking. Does the install advance at all ? If not, try restarting/reinstalling Origin
@AxleRaptor What country are you in ?

I am in Canada.
I just checked my order status and it said processing... I needed to update my credit card information as it changed since I purchased it. Now that I have entered correct cc information, will it work? How long will it take to process the payment? Should I just cancel and reorder?

I did everything in the first page. Even reinstall origin, and nothing happens. I don´t konw wath to do. Other brazilians are doing just fine.

Yes, but where will the soundtrack be? I have no idea where to download it from. Will it show up in my library? Will it be in the game itself? Please advise! Thanks. 🙂

we all don't work for EA so it's unclear at this point. The game is not out so wait till Tuesday for further info.

@ManicGlitter Hi,
If the version you purchased contains the soundtrack, you will be able to find it by right clicking the Sims 4 tile within the Origin client "My Games" section and then selecting "View Game Details". Now just scroll down and you will find the soundtrack listed there as one of the add-ons.
