I am able to pre load but the download always stops/disconnects after a few minutes. How can I fix this problem and why hasn't this issue been officially mentioned?

    Make sure your Firewall and Antivirus aren't blocking.


    Also there's probably a heavy load on downloading atm.

    Do you get an error message ?

      Nevermind, it works now. It was probably due to heavy traffic.
