I bought the sims 4 yesterday and when i went to install it today, i loaded the first disc and it asked for the product code. when i typed in the product code it said its already been used. is there anything i can do to fix this? i bought it from walmart fully wrapped and everything and it wasnt opened until this morning. please help!

    Talk to EA, they will ask you to send them a picture of your code page, then will probably give you new one.

    How did you load the disk, When i put mine in the disk drive it autimatically started downloading off the internet and i cant get it to download off the disk
