After installing the Sims 4 and registering the activation code, I can't run it. I logged out of my Origin account and when I logged back in, the Sims 4 isn't in my library and it's asking for the prodcut code...which of course doesn't work since I already used it.

I tried running both Origin and the Sims 4 as admin, but it doesn't work around the ask for product register.
